Gala 2026: A Beat of Hope
Wednesday, November 11, 2026 - 6:00–9:00 PM
Surgeons of Hope provides cardiac surgeries to critically ill children from impoverished Latin American communities — children who would likely die without treatment.
This year, we are raising money to support 10 missions in 2027 across Costa Rica, Honduras, México and Paraguay. With each mission, we will be able to perform an average of 8 life-saving cardiac surgeries — together, up to 80 children saved. A single mission to Latin America costs just $20,000, a fraction of the price in the United States, where one surgery alone can exceed $200,000. And the impact doesn’t end there: we train local medical teams, ensuring the work continues long after we leave.
By choosing to attend “A Beat of Hope”, you are choosing to give some of Latin America’s poorest children the chance to live.
Buy a ticket, donate if you cannot attend, or become a sponsor to amplify your impact – every level, from Friend to Sponsor, funds critical missions to save lives. Your support in any amount helps.
